TimeMasters Comics

My husband and I recently visited the new and improved Timemasters Inc. in the Hamlyn Road Plaza. We were very excited for Timemasters to make this move because it’s way closer to our home and we knew it would likely be more accessible for me. And we were right! I loved it and I was so happy with how wheelchair accessible it was.

They have an accessible parking spot right by the door with proper curb cuts leading from the spot. There is another accessible spot close by as well. There’s an automatic door at the entrance, very wide aisles throughout the store, and most of their products are at a height that I can reach. There are obviously some games and books that are out of my reach, but compared to most other stores there was so much more at my level. I also like the addition of an accessible counter at the front that you can wheel under if the other counters are too high for you. And the staff member who served us was very nice and accommodating. We love a good comic book store, and especially love it when it’s wheelchair accessible.

You should check it out in the Hamlyn Road Plaza on the West End near the Village.
